I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses acceptance, mindfulness, and behavior modification strategies to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and increase psychological flexibility. While I have experience providing treatment for diverse populations and needs, my focus remains on helping individuals navigate through their anxiety and stress.
