New to Grow
Welcome! Whether you’re here because you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, stuck, curious about neurofeedback, or simply wanting to become a stronger version of yourself, I want you to know you’re in the right place. My journey into this work has always been deeply personal. I have dedicated my career to understanding the brain, human behavior, grief, resilience, and the powerful intersection between technology and healing. Completing my PhD research on artificial intelligence and suicide prevention strengthened my belief that innovation can support mental health — but true healing always begins with human connection. As a therapist, neurofeedback clinician, and verified grief coach, I don’t see people as diagnoses. I see nervous systems that need regulation. I see stories that need compassion. I see strengths that are sometimes hidden beneath stress, trauma, or loss. I work with children, teens, adults, seniors, entrepreneurs, and athletes because I believe growth has no age limit. Whether we are working on emotional healing, brain optimization, grief processing, or performance enhancement, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering. I truly believe this: If you have a brain, you qualify. You qualify for support. You qualify for growth. You qualify for a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. It would be an honor to walk alongside you. Warmly, Dr. V
During the first session we will focus on identifying the treatment goals you would like to work on and completing an evaluation that will let me know where you are on your healing journey.
My approach is unique, I combine cutting edge technology with therapy. Combining both interventions that address the mind and brain in a welcoming, nurturing environment and healing environment.
The ideal client is someone who feels ready to begin making meaningful changes and is willing to invest time and effort in their healing journey. Healing is a collaborative process, and I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment where we work together toward your goals. Whether you are just beginning your journey or have been seeking change for some time, I welcome clients who are motivated to explore the areas of their lives they would like to improve. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and move at a pace that feels right for you as you work toward greater healing, growth, and well-being.
I identify as
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a specialized form of biofeedback that focuses on the brain. Using sensors placed on the scalp, neurofeedback measures brainwave activity and provides immediate feedback that encourages healthier brain functioning. Over time, the brain learns to create more balanced and efficient patterns, which can improve self-regulation and overall well-being. Many clients report improvements in: * Anxiety and stress management * Attention, focus, and concentration * Emotional regulation * Sleep quality * Memory and cognitive performance * Depression symptoms * Trauma recovery * Headaches and migraines * Peak performance for athletes, professionals, and students * Overall resilience and mental wellness
