About me

"Welcome! I am a dedicated therapist passionate about helping you restore balance through a somatic, nervous-system-regulated approach to mental health. I view well-being holistically, recognizing how mind, body, and spirit interconnect. Warm, caring, and intuitive, I integrate a deep appreciation for nutrition, nature, quietude, and meaningful social connection into our work. Together, we’ll honor your unique life path in a safe, restorative space."

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on creating a safe, unhurried space for you to land. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your personal goals, and what feeling grounded and regulated means to you. Rather than diving straight into heavy topics, our primary goal is to establish safety, build rapport, and explore how your nervous system currently responds to stress. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes my approach unique is my commitment to spaciousness. In a world full of noise and constant demands, therapy with me is a sanctuary of quietude and mindfulness. I integrate gentle meditation and stillness into our work, teaching your somatic system what safety and ease genuinely feel like. Our interactions are deeply intentional—we balance quiet holding of space with focused moments of connection, exploration, and somatic regulation. I meet you exactly where you are, honoring your individual rhythm so you feel fully heard, grounded, and supported without ever feeling pushed or rushed.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or life transitions who are ready to look beyond traditional talk therapy. They seek a holistic approach to healing—one that honors the mind, body, and nervous system. Whether you are feeling disconnected, burnt out, or seeking deeper balance, you value intentionality, quietude, and a gentler pace. You are looking for a safe, unhurried space to tune inward, learn your body’s unique language, and cultivate genuine somatic safety and self-compassion.

My treatment methods

Gestalt

I use Gestalt therapy to help you build moment-to-moment awareness of your mind-body connection. Rather than just analyzing past events intellectually, we bring your present experience into the room—noticing bodily sensations, shifts in posture, or physical tension as they arise. By slowing down and exploring what is happening in your nervous system right now, you gain deeper insight into unhelpful patterns, complete unresolved emotional experiences, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Somatic

Somatic therapy helps you tune into the messages your body holds. Stress, anxiety, and past trauma don't just stay in our thoughts—they often manifest physically as tension, shallow breathing, fatigue, or a feeling of being stuck on high alert. In our sessions, we gently track these physical sensations in real time. By learning how your nervous system responds to stress, we can practice grounding and release techniques that bring your whole body back into a calm, balanced, and safe state.

Mind-body approach

Mindfulness and embodiment in my practice go beyond quiet meditation—they are about actively returning home to your physical self. I guide you to observe thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with gentle, non-judgmental curiosity. Instead of getting caught in overthinking, we use gentle breathwork, grounding, and physical presence to help you stay rooted in the 'here and now,' allowing your nervous system to rest, recover, and process stress safely.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand and transform the core emotional patterns that shape your relationships and self-worth. Often, reactive behaviors like withdrawing or getting defensive are simply protective responses to feeling unsafe or disconnected. In our sessions, we slow down to explore the primary feelings beneath those reactions—such as fear, loneliness, or sadness. By bringing gentle awareness to these deeper emotions, we create a path toward genuine connection, emotional safety, and secure attachment.
