I am an LPCC in California. I graduated with my Master's degree from Capella University and have been working with clients for 10 years. I have experience with many populations, from inpatient hospitalization, to burnout, depression/anxiety, and ADHD.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to cut through the distractions of your life to see the pieces that will get us moving forward.
These experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge, sympathy, and tools to help my clients move toward a life they love living.
First session
During our first session, we will take a moment to learn a bit about each other. This is an interview process for both of us. I will ask a lot of questions, which might be uncomfortable at first, but help me see where we can be most effective working together. I welcome your curiosity in return, and understand you are the expert in your own life and experience. From there we will create a plan together that addresses your reasons for seeking therapy.

Ideal clients
I have experience in working with patients with mood disorders, depression/anxiety, and ADHD. If you are goal-directed, and ready to work on creating a life that feels healthy and productive inside and out, you are my dream client. The clients I work with have the drive to create sustainable change in their life, but don't yet have the tools. I am especially effective with short-term, goal-directed therapies to get your life back on track, and you back to the things that bring you joy.
