Hi, I'm Zoë, your go to for relationship issues. I help unpack and repair the grief that comes with the loss of past relationships - whether the relationship is over or just won't ever be the same. In the past, you may have found it easier to ghost or go non-contact with people you were once close to. In our work together, we will go beyond a surface approach of therapy, and dig deep to discover ways to get the security you need out of relationships. We will heal the wounds of breakups and unpack the baggage you don't want to bring into your future.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you in. I’ll ask questions about what’s been going on in your life, what you’re hoping to change, and what support looks like for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once we move at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll also talk about your goals for therapy and what you want to get out of our work together. I’ll explain how I approach therapy and we’ll make sure it feels like a good fit. By the end of the session, most clients leave with a clearer understanding of what we’ll focus on moving forward and at least one practical takeaway or next step.”

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that it’s structured, practical, and personalized. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build real-life skills, and make meaningful changes. I focus on measurable progress while also creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

We will work well together if you want a therapist that is more than just a listening ear. I enjoy debunking irrational thoughts that often lead to self sabotage and giving tangible tools each session. I look forward to helping you experience the kind of relationships that have aways felt out of reach.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT, which is an evidence-based therapy that helps people identify unhelpful thinking patterns and build healthier habits that support real, lasting change.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

With ACT, we work on building flexibility — learning how to make room for hard emotions instead of fighting them, and choosing actions that align with your values.”

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is very practical. We focus on skills like emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and communication so you can feel more stable and in control.”

Motivational Interviewing

I work with Motivational Interviewing to help you clarify what you want, reduce resistance, and make changes that feel authentic and sustainable.”
