Hello, and congratulations on the first step of your mental health journey! Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming, so let me tell you a little about what you can expect in sessions with me. I became a therapist to help others find healing and create a life they enjoy. My clients often describe my sessions as accepting, validating, and educational. I want to help you explore your emotions, gain insights, and develop realistic coping skills. I work with you as a team to help you identify areas to improve and learn practical skills for a positive impact on your life. You are the expert on you, but you don't have to do it alone.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My goal is for clients to feel comfortable and excited to participate in the therapeutic process. I consider myself a creative therapist with laid back sessions that often involve laughter and a safe space to experience any emotions you are carrying.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with people who have experienced various traumas, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

In my experience therapy is not a one size fit all experience. I have experience with multiple evidence based therapeutic approaches and like to work with my clients to find the best approach for them. I currently offer virtual therapy for all ages. My focus is on education and empowerment, fostering a supportive online space for transformative experiences.
