"Nothing happens over night , we are constantly evolving, sometimes we just need to talk to a neutral person about our daily stressors, Lets talk in the comfort of your own home" The first therapy session is typically an introductory meeting where we primarily focus on getting to know you by asking questions about why you're seeking therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and goals, while also explaining therapy approach, confidentiality policies, and establishing a comfortable rapport to build a foundation for future sessions.

Having worked with clients for 24 years, I walk with you in your journey to be able (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. These include resilience, problem-solving skills, creativity, and strong social support networks. Besides being authentic, and solution oriented I also found her to be warm and intelligent. I chose her based on the vast amount of years that she had experience in her field. She was able to direct me to make decisions and choices that I needed to address. I believe I have found the right fit (therapist) whom I can continue to have as a main means of support.
