Some of the most prominent issues couples face are growing resentment in one or both parties followed by an inability to effectively communicate the challenges that led to the resentment. I truly enjoy working with couples to gain a better mutual understanding of the challenges they are facing, what led to some areas of resentment, and how to communicate these things in a healthy and productive way.
