Hi, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I currently live in Mobile, Alabama but I am licensed in four other states as well. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa. I have been a Social Work for 30 years and have worked with all ages.

First session
During our first session together, I think it is important to identify the specific reason you are seeking help at this time and what it will look like when we have met your goals.
Strengths
Because I have many years of experience with a diverse population, I feel that I am very empathic to my client's needs.
Ideal clients
At this point in my career, I feel I work best with adult individuals from aged 30 and above. Most of my current clients are men and women in their senior years. In addition, I have over 20 years of providing EMDR therapy services for clients with depression, anxiety, phobias and PTSD.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Identify ways to improve your self-care that can fit into your daily life.
