New to Grow
I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to helping adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. I’m especially effective with clients who want to better understand their thoughts and emotions, manage anxiety or depression, and build healthier patterns in daily life. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in behavior and mood.
In our first session, we’ll simply start getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s been going on and what you hope to get out of therapy, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your goals and what’s most important to you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is your space to talk, reflect, and take things at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you feel more balanced and supported.
My greatest strengths are empathy, compassion, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. I take a practical, solution-focused approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each person’s goals and supporting them through life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
