I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my BSN at Marian University and my MSN in Psychiatric-Mental Health at Indiana Wesleyan University. My background includes inpatient psychiatry across the lifespan, substance-use treatment, geriatric behavioral health, and outpatient telepsychiatry. I treat adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, trauma-related symptoms, sleep disturbance, and burnout, with particular focus on women’s mental health. My approach is collaborative and practical. Visits include a clear assessment, discussion of treatment options, and a plan you can follow. Medication is used when clinically appropriate, alongside brief, evidence-based supportive care. Services are provided via telehealth to patients in Indiana.

First session

I provide medication management with brief, skills-based support. I draw from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing during visits to help with thought patterns, emotions, and follow-through — not as standalone weekly therapy.

Strengths

Appointments are structured so you have space to describe what is happening, then we focus on the symptoms affecting your day-to-day life. I explain findings in everyday language, review the benefits and tradeoffs of each option with you, and only move forward with what you are comfortable trying. Follow-up is used to track progress and change the plan if it is not helping. You should leave each visit knowing the next step.

Ideal clients

Women and moms who are tired of holding it all together while feeling anxious, scattered, or unlike themselves. You want care that sees the whole picture—not just symptoms—and a plan that respects how much you already carry. You may be navigating ADHD, mood, anxiety, or life overload, and you’re ready for practical support that helps you feel more like you again.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I provide psychiatric medication management for adults with ADHD/ADD anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, women’s mental health including motherhood and postpartum. I am open-minded, patient-centered, and solution-focused. I value holistic care when appropriate and work with a network of trusted therapists. Taking the first step can feel hard, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself. If you’re ready for practical, compassionate support that respects your unique story, I would be honored to work with you.
