Does your mind seem constantly full of worries? Have you reached a point in your life where you feel stuck? Is there something in your past that keeps you from moving forward? Enrolling in therapy may help you work through some of life's many challenges in productive and healthy ways. I believe everyone has the ability to have a good life. I take a warm, nonjudgmental approach that is personalized to meet your needs. I can help you find meaning in pain and overcome obstacles to living an authentic, fulfilling life.
First session
I have extensive experience treating anxiety and effects of trauma with children, adolescents, and adults. Our relationships, environment, and experiences have a strong impact on our lives. My favorite part of therapy is helping you untangle the unhelpful thoughts, judgements, and behaviors that keep you stuck in your old, unwanted habits. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. You want someone to understand you, and I seek to understand. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to provide a gentle push to get you where you want to be.
