As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe in connection, hope, and resilience are the cornerstones for healing. I specializes in working with individuals, families, and couples who have experienced challenges related to attachment, relationships, and trauma. I believe in empowering others to be their own experts so they can reconnect with their most authentic selves. I do this by bringing together best practices and individualized approaches that incorporate my training in trauma, neurodevelopment, and relationships. We heal through more than just talking, therefore, I enjoy incorporating play, creative, and somatic practices into each session.

By using a trauma informed lens, I am able to recognize the impact of trauma on an individuals, families, and their relationships.
