My therapeutic approach is holistic in nature as it encompasses a full body aspect. Examining your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual state. This approach explores root issues and allows healing from the inside out. I seek to empower my clients to find their voice and inner strength that may have been squelched by past abuse and trauma. I have experience with several mental health issues, and I am deeply passionate about helping my clients become emotionally and relationally whole whether it be individually, maritally or in their families.
