Hi, I’m Rodney. I’ve been a counselor for over 10 years and help clients overcome anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. My approach is practical, compassionate, and person-centered, focused on helping you find clarity, peace, and direction in real life. I believe growth happens through honest conversation, small steps, and learning how to see yourself and your situation differently. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change that lasts beyond the session.

Sessions are chill. Our first meeting is simply about getting to know you. What’s been going on, what you’d like to work on, and how we can move toward the changes you want to see.
