In the first session we will explore what brought you to seek therapy, and work together to create direction for treatment.

As a provider I am solution focused while also being strengths focused. I look at therapy as a group effort.

Based on my background, and training, my specialty includes Neurodivergence through the lifespan. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma and anxiety. I am EMDR trained
