Hi, my name is Anna. I am licensed in North Carolina with over 10 years of professional experience. First session

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another. We'll review the therapeutic process and talk about your expectations for therapy. There will space to discuss what's happening in your life and what led you here. Together, we will begin building our relationship and identifying your goals.
