Trauma is a Thief it Robs you of Choices! We work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month.

Right off the bat I thought she would be a great fir. She clearly knows what she is talking about and I apprtiate her candor. I feel very hopeful and empowered by our session and I am looking forward to others.

Alicia is the best therapist I've ever had, hands down! During our therapy sessions, she bought a rare combination of empathy, insight and approachability as she helped me unpack and untangle previous trauma and complex emotions. I looked forward to our sessions and the little nuggets of information and knowledge she would drop on a weekly basis. The experience was invaluable - truly a gift from God!
