Hi there, I'm Ollie! As I am aware that the process of searching for a therapist can be overwhelming, I would like to commend you for taking this first step. I specialize in working with individuals who are finding themselves in a tough spot or difficult transition in life. Work stress, breakups, grief, or other life stressors can all be the catalyst to seeking a safe and supportive environment to explore more about ourselves and learn more adaptive ways of coping. That's why I'm here! I meet individuals and couples where they are at and help facilitate an environment to heal and grow. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic work and art therapy, as each unique individual benefits from different modalities of therapy. A first session allows me to gain context and client history regarding the challenges that bring you to therapy. We will establish goals and you will leave with homework that allows you to begin working toward those goals even after a first session.
I believe change happens through the therapeutic relationship just as much as through the specific style of therapy utilized in session. I attempt to get to know my clients and form an authentic relationship. Providing a space you feel comfortable to share your struggles, and becoming someone you can trust and confide in is one of my favorite parts about this profession. I can not give you answers or solve problems for you, but I am honored to be a part of your journey and help you step into the life you want to live.

There is no one size fits all for therapeutic approaches. I utilize somatic, art, CBT, DBT, existential, and relational methods to address a client's needs based on what strategies they resonate with most.
