LCSW, 13 years of experience
New to Grow
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Integral Sound Healing, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gottman Method, EFT , sex therapy and Mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. I work with adults, couples, and groups seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. Clients often describe feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to create lasting change and healthier connections in their lives.
An intake session is the first meeting where we begin to build a foundation for therapy. During this session, I gather information about your history, current concerns, goals, and what has brought you to seek support at this time. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions, discuss what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin establishing a sense of safety and collaboration as we create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
I bring over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, blending extensive clinical training with a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. Your advanced training in CBT, DBT, IFS, ART, EFT, the Gottman Method, and Mindfulness allows you to draw from a wide range of tools to meet each client’s unique needs. Beyond your clinical expertise, your background in Integral Sound Healing and holistic practices enhances your ability to create calm, trauma-informed spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal—making your work both effective and deeply transformative.
My ideal clients are individuals and couples who are motivated to understand themselves on a deeper level and make meaningful change. They may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, sexual relationship difficulties, sexual performance anxiety, concerns in sexual functioning and are open to integrating both traditional psychotherapy and holistic approaches such as mindfulness and sound healing. These clients value personal growth, self-awareness, and healing through both evidence-based practices and experiential mind–body connection.
In my work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Together, we develop practical strategies to replace negative thinking with more balanced, realistic perspectives. This structured, goal-oriented approach supports lasting change in mood, behavior, and overall functioning.
In my work with couples therapy, I integrate the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Sessions focus on identifying negative interaction patterns and fostering secure, supportive bonds. Through structured, evidence-based techniques, couples learn to resolve conflict, enhance intimacy, and create lasting relationship satisfaction.
In sessions using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I guide clients in identifying and understanding the different “parts” of themselves that carry emotions, beliefs, and protective roles. This process fosters self-compassion and helps clients access their core Self as a source of calm, clarity, and healing. Through this integrative approach, clients learn to transform inner conflict into greater harmony and self-leadership.
In my work using sex therapy, I help clients explore issues related to desire, intimacy, and communication in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I integrate evidence-based approaches with a focus on emotional connection, self-understanding, and relational healing. Together, we work to reduce shame, enhance communication, and foster greater confidence and satisfaction in sexual and intimate relationships.
In my work using Mindfulness, I help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. This practice supports emotional regulation, stress reduction, and a deeper sense of inner calm. By cultivating mindful awareness, clients learn to respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and balance.
