10 years of experience

Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in trauma, addiction, and major life challenges. With over a decade of experience, I create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, heal old wounds, and reconnect with their inner strength. I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based therapies, to support clients on their journey to resilience, self-discovery, and authentic living.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where we focus on building trust and understanding their unique story. I’ll ask about their background, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve in therapy. This session is a chance for clients to share as much as they feel comfortable with, while I listen actively and start to identify areas we can work on together. By the end, we’ll discuss a collaborative plan moving forward, ensuring they feel supported and empowered from the very start.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my empathy, my ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space, and my deep commitment to each client’s healing journey. I bring warmth and compassion into each session, allowing clients to feel truly seen and heard. Additionally, my specialized training in trauma, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches allows me to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, helping clients uncover their inner resilience and move toward lasting change.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

This approach focuses on the impact of early attachment experiences on current relationships. I work with clients to develop healthier attachment patterns, which improves their relationships and emotional well-being.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is highly effective for emotion regulation. I use DBT skills like mindfulness and distress tolerance to help clients manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal effectiveness.

Psychodynamic

This approach explores unconscious processes that shape thoughts and behaviors. I help clients understand their past experiences and relationships, fostering insight and emotional healing.

EMDR

EMDR is effective for trauma processing. I guide clients in reprocessing traumatic memories, reducing their distressing impact.

Eclectic

I mixed a variety of approaches based on client needs to help with trauma, addiction, mental health, and relationship issues. A typical treatment plan includes therapies like DBT, Attachment-based therapy and EMDR, tailored to your needs. We'll focus on building coping skills, processing emotions, and fostering resilience. You can expect improved self-awareness, healthier relationships, and greater emotional strength.
