LMHC, 10 years of experience
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who integrates both clinical expertise and Christian principles when desired by the client. My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented, designed to help clients navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and clarify your goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and what you would like to accomplish. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels both supportive and achievable, so you leave with a sense of direction and hope for the path ahead.
My strengths lie in combining evidence-based therapeutic interventions with faith-based principles when requested, offering a unique balance of clinical and spiritual support.
