About me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship struggles, emotional regulation difficulties, and conflict. My approach to therapy is warm, inviting, and rooted in the belief that there is power in self-awareness. I view each person as the expert of their own story, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, identify your strengths, and move toward healing and growth. Together, we’ll work to build coping skills, improve communication, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. My goal is to help you find balance, confidence, and wellness — not just in the therapy room, but in your everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about getting to know you — your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll take time to talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s working, and what feels challenging right now. This helps me understand your unique experiences and start identifying areas we can focus on together. I know that starting therapy can feel a little nerve-wracking, so my goal is to make our first meeting feel comfortable and judgment-free. You set the pace — there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. By the end of our session, we’ll begin to outline some initial goals and talk about what our work together might look like moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist are creating a safe, welcoming space and helping clients build self-awareness and emotional understanding. I take a warm, strengths-based approach that blends empathy with practical tools for growth. Clients often appreciate my down-to-earth nature and the balance I bring between support and gentle challenge.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are teens and adults who are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm, and want to learn healthier ways to cope and communicate. Others may be navigating trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or periods of transition and want support finding balance and confidence again. I’m best suited to work with individuals who value self-awareness and are open to exploring their emotions in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or personal growth, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the tools to move forward with strength and intention.
