I'm a compassionate and collaborative therapist who believes in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be fully seen and heard. I bring a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to my work and draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and CPT to support meaningful growth and healing. Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional struggles, or past trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and respect.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, my primary focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take time to get to know you—what brings you to therapy, what’s important to you, and what you hope to get out of this process. We’ll talk about your goals, your strengths, and any concerns you have about therapy, so we can start creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a therapist lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard and respected. I bring deep empathy, strong attunement, and a calm, grounded presence to each session. I'm skilled at balancing validation with gentle challenge, helping clients explore difficult emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward lasting change—always at a pace that feels right for them.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward—but are open to exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with honesty and curiosity. I’m especially drawn to working with people who have a deep desire for growth, even if they don’t yet see a clear path. Whether you're navigating trauma, intense emotions, relationship challenges, or identity shifts, I find fulfillment in walking alongside those who are ready to do the inner work, challenge old patterns, and build a more authentic and empowered life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to their distress. By developing practical skills and strategies, clients can create meaningful, lasting changes in how they think, feel, and respond to life's challenges."

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use a person-centered approach that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I support clients in accessing their own inner resources and self-understanding.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I use cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to help clients recover from trauma by identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs related to their experiences. Through this structured, evidence-based approach, clients learn to reframe stuck points and regain a sense of safety, trust, and self-worth.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients build skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. This approach balances acceptance and change, empowering clients to manage intense emotions and develop healthier ways of coping.
