7 years of experience

Hey, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience helping people make real cognitive and behavioral changes that lead to a better quality of life. My focus? Equipping you with practical coping skills that actually work, and pushing you to step outside your head and your comfort zone. Starting your journey can bring a mix of emotions — excitement, hesitation, maybe even fear. That’s totally normal! I lead with compassion and humor, but I’ll also hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself. Let’s be real with each other and work toward real, lasting progress. If you’re ready to start living a fuller, more balanced life, let’s get to work — I’ve got your back every step of the way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll keep it simple by getting to know each other, then jumping right into what’s been challenging you lately. This helps me understand where you’re at so I can put together a plan that fits you and what you want to work on moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring compassion, honesty, and a good sense of humor to every session, creating a space where clients feel safe and supported. I’m skilled at helping people build coping skills while holding them accountable to their goals. My approach balances empathy with real talk, empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults who are looking to make movements towards living a value aligned life. Many of my clients are self-aware and motivated to grow, but feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or overwhelm that make it hard to live a value aligned life. Sometimes, those symptoms are interfering with daily life or holding them back from showing up how they truly want to. I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their strengths, and develop coping tools they need to feel more grounded and capable.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is one of my favorite treatment approaches because of its simplicity and effectiveness. I’ve watched it help clients break free from overwhelming thoughts, ease anxiety, and move through depression with more confidence. We’ll start by uncovering how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all connected. Then, we’ll build real, practical tools to shift those patterns so you can feel more grounded, in control, and ready to handle whatever life throws your way.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

ERP is one of the most effective approaches for treating anxiety disorders, including OCD. While it can feel challenging at first, I’ve seen it change lives time and time again — especially for those who’ve felt like nothing else has worked. Clients often go from feeling stuck in cycles of fear and avoidance to living with more freedom and confidence. Together, we’ll gradually face the thoughts, situations, or places that trigger your anxiety, without relying on the safety behaviors that keep the cycle going. Over time, you’ll build resilience, lower your anxiety, and take back control of your life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT has great tools to handle strong emotions and tough situations. I’ve seen it help people feel more in control by teaching skills to manage stress, become less reactive, and communicate better with others. We’ll work together on things like mindfulness, handling distress, managing your emotions, and improving relationships, so you can face life’s ups and downs with more control over yourself and ease.
