New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes in truly connecting with each client and meeting them where they are. My goal is to support you in reaching your personal goals by providing accountability, practical tools, and a safe space for growth. I’m passionate about helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and create lasting change that aligns with their values and vision for their life.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to understand your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also your opportunity to share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that feels comfortable and tailored to your needs, so you leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
My greatest strengths as a therapist are my ability to build genuine connections and create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I combine empathy with accountability, helping clients identify patterns that hold them back while providing practical tools for growth and change. I’m intentional about meeting clients where they are, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing to guide our work. Clients often share that they appreciate my balance of compassion, honesty, and encouragement as they move toward lasting progress.
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change, even if they’re not sure where to start. I work best with clients who are motivated to grow, open to self-reflection, and willing to try new tools and perspectives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply wanting to feel more confident and balanced, I’m here to help you build awareness, strengthen coping skills, and move toward your goals with clarity and support.
I use ACT to help clients increase psychological flexibility by accepting difficult emotions and committing to actions aligned with their values. I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance strategies to help clients detach from unhelpful thoughts and move toward meaningful life goals.
I utilize CBT to help clients identify and challenge distorted thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and other emotional struggles. Through structured sessions, we work on developing healthier thought patterns and practical coping strategies to promote positive behavior change.
I use MI to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change by strengthening their own motivation and commitment. Through reflective listening, open-ended questions, and affirmations, I guide clients in identifying their personal reasons for change and support them in taking self-directed steps toward their goals.
I take a person-centered approach by creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and accepted. I emphasize empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness to empower clients to explore their experiences and discover their own solutions.
