Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into specific challenges and the history of those challenges. This session is used to develop a plan that we will develop together to address the challenges.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with many different people over the years, I have developed a way to come along side people and help them navigate their challenges. We will be using tools that help people understand themselves and how to navigate their concerns. We will also create a tailored plan that will be used to measure progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adults of any age. The clients I work with are eager to improve. But often they lack the tools or insights they need to make needed changes. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious about their lives.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

A significant part of who I am is shaped by my Christian beliefs. If someone wants counseling, I offer Christian counseling. In a session, I am willing to talk about a client's spiritual life as much or as little as the person feels comfortable. I gained my theological education from an evangelical perspective.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been a part of my work for many years. People have found it helpful in managing their challenges. CBT is used to identify the interplay between your ideas, emotions, and actions. After that, we'll use that knowledge to alter the way you think, enabling you to live a life free from the thoughts that have caused you concern.
