I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) with individuals 16 and older. I tailor my approach to best fit your needs. During your first session (intake assessment) you will have the opportunity to share your presenting issues, background and what you hope to achieve in therapy.
