I have tried a few therapists this year, and I got kinda discouraged because of my experiences. I felt heard; she was attentive. I would say to anyone looking for therapy, keep trying until you find the right therapist

My first session with Dr. Thomas was wonderful. She made sure I felt comfortable and safe all throughout the session.
