I'm glad you're here. A little information about me. I believe in a Whole Person approach and address the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to explore issues around emotional well-being and supportive measures to guide you on your journey of development and growth. I help those that are looking to improve mood, decrease burnout, increase motivation. I help my clients feel like themselves again. I know reaching out for help can feel awkward and even frustrating at times. I am here to help. I have over 12 years experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Substance use. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session I am going to answer any questions you may have. I am going to explain the process of gathering information for the assessment and build rapport. Hopefully, at the end you will feel at ease and have something to take away from the first session.

My biggest strength is building rapport and connecting with my clients. I am invested in helping my clients feel supported and validated. To get unstuck and break patterns of behavior that no longer serves them well.

I am best positioned to serve those that would like to make changes to move forward on their personal development journey. I would be best suited for someone that is open to change and willing to go into depth and take the time needed for change.
