New to Grow
As a man, father, and mentor, I offer insight that’s both professional and personal. I knows that strength isn’t about shutting down—it’s about showing up. I work with teen boys dealing with anxiety, anger, or school struggles, young men facing family, friend and/or relationship issues or life transitions, fathers seeking balance, and healing. Let's talk about the problems you are facing.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next move? Whether you're navigating school, work, relationships, fatherhood, or just life as a man in today’s world, you're not alone. I specialize in helping boys and men break through emotional barriers, build healthier relationships, and redefine what strength really means. I get it—talking isn’t always easy. Many guys grow up being told to "man up" or keep their feelings to themselves. But bottling it up only works for so long. Therapy is a safe, real space where you can drop the armor and start figuring things out—at your pace, in your way.
Clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to and that they feel comfortable right away. My approach is integrative, meeting people where they are rather than where I think they should be. I bring honesty, realness, and even humor to the process—because sometimes laughter can be the best way to break down barriers. With both professional training and rich life experience, I’m able to connect with clients in a genuine way and support them as they process the challenges they’re facing
Real talk. Real strategies. Real change. My approach combines evidence-based methods with practical tools tailored to how men experience life and emotion. It’s not just talk—it’s forward movement. If you're ready to do the work or just curious about what change might look like reach out . Therapy for men doesn’t have to be complicated.
I use CBT in my practice to help people notice unhelpful thoughts, understand how they affect feelings and actions, and replace them with healthier patterns. It’s all about learning small, practical tools that make daily life and relationships feel lighter and more manageable
I use psychoeducation in my practice to help people better understand what they’re going through—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or relationship challenges. When clients have clear information and practical tools, they feel more empowered to make changes and take care of their mental health.
