In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I like to learn about you in general. What brings you to therapy, what are your concerns, what are your goals, etc. are things to expect. I have a genuine interest in knowing more about you, what motivated you, what are your hopes , what are your worries. My approach is really being person-centered.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
The connections or relationships between our thoughts, emotions and behaviors directly impact the reactions, choices and consequences we make. Where we are in life, what we want in life, and where we have been in life are unique and important factors. Evidence based results are utilized to show progress and also a noticeable positive inner vibe within the client that develops.
