I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes deeply in the healing power of connection. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with compassion and curiosity. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to begin this work. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or a major life transition, I’m here to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self.
The first session is your space to be heard, without pressure or expectations. I’ll take the time to get to know you, your story, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say; just come as you are. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and like you’ve taken a meaningful step toward the version of yourself you want to be. Most importantly, I want you to feel safe, supported, and not alone in whatever you're facing.
I work with adults and couples who are navigating a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, grief, self-esteem, and unresolved trauma. My clients often describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps, and they come to therapy ready to explore what’s been holding them back. You don’t need to have all the answers, just a willingness to be curious about your inner world and open to the possibility of change. My ideal client is ready to do the inner work, even if they’re feeling hesitant or unsure at first. Whether you're looking for practical tools to manage daily stress or a deeper understanding of your emotional patterns and relationship dynamics, I’m here to support and guide you at a pace that feels right for you.
In our work together, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you, whether that’s understanding the roots of your emotional pain, building practical coping skills, improving your relationships, or simply feeling more grounded in your day-to-day life. My approach includes emotional processing, insight-building, skill development, and collaborative goal setting. Therapy should feel empowering, not overwhelming. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
I use CBT to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful behavioral changes that align with their goals.
I incorporate attachment-based approaches to explore how early relationship patterns impact current connections, fostering emotional security, trust, and healthier relational dynamics.
I utilize EMDR to help clients process and integrate traumatic or distressing experiences, reducing emotional distress and promoting adaptive resolution and healing.
Grounded in empathy and authenticity, I use humanistic approaches to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and move toward personal growth and self-acceptance.
I draw on DBT techniques to help clients build mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills to create balance and stability in their lives.
