Hello! I am so glad you're here!! I've worked in the mental health realm since 2009 in a wide array of settings, serving various populations of individuals. Since 2018, I've provided therapy and mental health support to individuals that are 3 years of age or older and/or their families. I tailor my approach to fit each person’s unique needs, drawing from various evidenced based modalities.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what you’d like your goals to be. I’ll share a bit about how I work, answer any questions you have, and explain what therapy might look like moving forward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is simply a space to start exploring what support can look like for you. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels right for your needs and pace.
My greatest strength is connecting with clients in a way that feels genuine and restorative. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest—with ourselves and others. My approach blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based methods that nurture both emotional and practical well-being. Clients often share that therapy with me feels like a mix of insight, relief, and renewal.

As a therapist, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, replacing them with more balanced and realistic perspectives. Together, we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop healthier coping skills and promote positive change.
