Hello, beautiful soul. I know the day-to-day may not be so great for you right now. Life has a way of showing up in a very real way at the most unexpected times, knocking the wind right out of us. In the ever-changing cycles and transitions of life, sometimes, we say goodbye to people we never thought we would, we separate from familiar places and things whether we’re ready or not, and we face the unknown with lingering uncertainty, not quite sure where to go, what to do, or to whom we can turn. Surviving comes at a cost to our overall health and wellness. I am so grateful you are here. While it may be difficult for you to believe while you are questioning your self-worth: You are worthy, breathing and existing as you are. Progress is subjective. So is happiness. So is success. The recipe for the version of self you can admire most begins here, now. Let's take a regenerative approach to wellness, together. Let's cultivate humanity.
Your first 8-12 sessions will consist of addressing and sifting out the old while equipping you with tools to consistently meet your physiological and safety needs. Once you have established a healthy foundation for how you meet and treat yourself day-to-day, you will be equipped to confidently explore and address your relationships with the people, places, and things in your world.
This is not traditional talk therapy. Many of my clients have described my approach to be a hybrid experience, blending trauma-focused therapy and life coaching, aiming to sift out maladaptive patterns of thinking and behaving to which you have committed for years and hold you accountable as you take the necessary time for your brain to create new, healthier, more adaptive patterns of thinking and behaving.
In our virtual therapeutic platform, my goal as your therapist is to help you: · Clear unresolved traumas · Envision and design your Quality World · Process stressors and how they impact your life. · Equip yourself with mental and emotional tools to cope and live life on life’s terms. · Create simple, realistic, and attainable goals to effect change in your day-to-day life. · Love yourself, find your inspiration, and know your self-worth. · Develop your ability to change your perspective on displeasing or undesired changes in your life—present and future. · Improve the quality of your interpersonal relationships. · Decrease your levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. · Discover and express your sense of self and individuality. · Focus on your self-love and self-care. · Explore healthy hobbies/activities/outlets. · Attain a state of balance, peace, and happiness in your life—the true essence of wellness. With this in mind, I am best positioned to serve: Adults struggling with the long-lasting, far-reaching effects of unresolved trauma. Adults navigating life cycle transitions. Adults in need of tools to consistently meet physiological and safety needs so that they will be equipped to confidently explore and address their relationships with the people, places, and things in their world.
Using Choice Theory and Reality Therapy as the structure for our sessions, you will create a Quality World vision and follow evidence-based steps to get from where you are to where you want to be on your life's journey.
With a lens of Internal Family Systems, you will learn to nurture and embrace yourself as the light and love that you are at your core. There are no bad parts, just fragmented pieces of self in need of your love, care, attention, nurturing, and reintegration back into the whole that is you.

Roshi has been my greatest blessing and I truly believe she is guiding me into becoming the truest, happiest version of myself. Prior to her, I gave up on therapy because I couldn’t find someone who “meshed” well with me. I decided to give therapy one more shot and I’m thankful I did! Roshi has helped me heal from past traumas and learn to love myself; see myself as the light and love I am.

I wish I could choose more than two words to describe this amazing therapist and her noble dedication to help guide others! I have been working consistently for 6 months now and it has greatly improved my life and is helping to mold my perspective. I wish that I could select every option available for what stands out about Roshini's therapy style. She is absolutely wonderful and I love and appreciate how she not only meets me every session with where I am at emotionally, but she also pushes me through the activities that she assigns. It feels like a collaborative effort as we work together.
