Welcome, I'm Jaime and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy often takes courage and it’s a powerful way of honoring yourself. For over 10 years, I’ve supported individuals navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and other challenges. My work centers on reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and empowering people to build lives that are meaningful, fulfilling and a life worth living. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and believe that every person brings their own unique strengths and needs to the therapeutic space. Using a personalized and compassionate approach, I meet you where you are, offering a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Although life’s challenges can often make us feel alone, you don’t have to navigate them by yourself. Change is not only possible—it begins with moments like this.
In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you. I’ll invite you to share the challenges you’re currently facing as well as important parts of your life story. This helps us collaborate in identifying meaningful goals for our work together as you build a life worth living.
With advanced DBT training and through my experience, my commitment is to offer genuine validation while approaching each situation with curiosity and without judgment. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a real, meaningful connection between two people—and that this relationship can serve as a foundation for improving the relationships in the rest of our lives.
I enjoy working with adults who feel stuck or are struggling to make meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we explore the behaviors, emotions, and thought patterns that may be creating barriers to the life you want to live. By approaching these experiences with curiosity and without judgment, I help you develop more effective skills so you can show up more fully—for yourself and in your relationships.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I will approach treatment with curiosity and asks questions for clarification. Through use of mindfulness and skill building, we will work together to reduce behaviors that interfere with living a life worth living. Using DBT skills, we can address distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal skills.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Using CBT techniques, we can identify the influence of thoughts, feelings and behaviors as well as reframing and challenging irrational thoughts to create a more realistic perception of self, others and the world around you.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Through SFBT, we can work together to identify solutions to issues and steps that can be taken to work towards a solution.
Motivational Interviewing
This treatment method can assist with exploring change through identifying discrepancies and building on individual's goals to increase changes in their lives.

This is my 3rd session with Jaime, and I feel comfortable recommending her as a therapist, She listens, helps me process my thoughts, and encourages me to question myself and find solutions..

Jaime helps with my tendency to ramble by being attentive to everything I say, but also helping restructure and reorient my thoughts to more constructive versions. It has been awesome to work with her these past months and learn how to better address my concerns, internally and externally.
