I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with over twenty years of experience. I utilize evidence based treatment to work with individuals, couples and families. I have been trained also in divorce mediation and anger management. I incorporate mindfullness and strength based modalities into our sessions. I am compassionate and I understand the struggles of managing symptoms and negative feelings while trying to live a fulfilling life.
In our first meeting together, I want to make sure that you are comfortable with me and believe that I can be helpful to you. I will ask what you would like to get out of meeting with me and we will create a treatment plan.

I love working with people to help them reach their full potential. I love working with people who are eager to change and do not have the skills to make this happen yet. I also enjoy working with people who are not certain if therapy will be helpful for them.
I have been using CBT and DBT in my practice for twenty years. Through relationship building and adapting to each client's needs I provide a tailored and client center approach. We will use CBT and DBT to identify thoughts, feelings and behaviors and how that influences our actions.
I also have experience providing trauma informed care. I will hold a safe and non judgmental space to collaboratively work with you on past trauma.
