I’m a Northeast Ohio therapist passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal from past hurts, navigate life’s challenges, and create healthier relationships. Using a collaborative blend of cognitive-behavioral and systemic approaches, I help clients replace unhelpful habits and thought patterns with healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and living. My goal is to empower you to build self-confidence, increase self-awareness, and move toward the life and relationships you truly deserve—one session at a time.
In our first session, we’ll focus on building rapport and creating a safe, comfortable space for you to share your story. I’ll gather background information related to your reasons for seeking therapy, and together we’ll clarify your goals and outline a treatment plan. We’ll also set a schedule and discuss an estimated timeframe for reaching your goals—always at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and results-focused, so each session is tailored to meet your unique needs while also moving you toward your goals. My clients are individuals, couples, and families who are ready to transform the way they think, feel, and connect—both with themselves and with others—so they can experience life more fully. I work especially well with self-starters, the “strong friend” who supports everyone else, and those navigating complicated or on-again/off-again relationships, situationships, loneliness, depression, or anxiety. I also support parents and caregivers seeking to strengthen their parenting skills, deepen their understanding of their children and young adults, and create more harmonious family dynamics.

I was looking for a Black woman and someone who also had a spiritual side to her help I didn't know it at the time I picked her but I also needed a mom. She is all of those things. In talking to her I don't feel judged. She is very easy to talk to and I like that. I am a talker and she didn't make me feel like I was talking too much or that I was a horrible person for what I had done. She has been open and honest and I like that. She also relates a lot back to scripture and I needed that.
