My approach is a more holistic approach. I enjoy talking about not only what you are feeling, but also other factors (diet, sleep, activity levels, environmental factors, etc) that may add to why you may feel the way you do. I believe true power is not about control — it is about clarity, self-regulation, and alignment. When you understand how dynamics operate, you can choose your responses instead of being driven by old wounds or unconscious habits. Clients describe my style as direct, insightful, and empowering. Together, we build emotional resilience, strategic thinking, and a grounded sense of self — so you can navigate life with calm authority rather than fear or force.

I help create a game plan for client's so that they can apply and
