Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you’ll be warmly greeted and my goal is to help you feel comfortable, safe, and right at home. We’ll take time to simply get to know each other and explore what brought you in, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My role is to walk alongside you with encouragement, helping you learn new coping skills and grow at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to offer your steady encouragement, practical tools and build trust so that you will feel understood, empowered, and hopeful.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, meaning you are the expert of your own life and our work is guided by your goals, values, and readiness for change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, while building practical skills that support emotional well-being. Through Dialectical Behavior Therapy, we focus on balance—developing mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and healthy relationships in a compassionate, structured way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in working with adolescents, adults and the senior population. I treat a wide range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship related challenges, low self esteem, gender affirming care and recovery from narcissistic abuse. My approach is grounded in evidence- based therapeutic modalities, thoughtfully tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
