Hi, I'm a licensed clinical social worker based in Pennsylvania, and I'm also license to support clients in New Jersey and Virginia. I received my masters in social work from Temple University and have been doing this work for over 10 years. I specialize in working with him adults who are navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression especially when life feels overwhelming or disconnected from who they truly are I also support adults who are ready to face past trauma with courage in care, so they can move forward and live more fully, grounded and self trust and clarity. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply human. Whether you are feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to begin, I am here to walk alongside you as we work together toward healing, growth, and the version of yourself you want to become.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, will start with introductions and review any necessary paperwork and policies. Then gather some background information to better understand your history and what brings you in. From there, will begin exploring the specific challenges you're facing so we can create a personalized plan to guide our work in future sessions
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a therapist, I bring compassion curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning into every session I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to walk alongside you as an avid gator in life's challenges and move towards greater clarity and connection
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
You've built a successful life but inside, you're exhausted, anxious, or grieving. Maybe you are healing from a toxic relationship, navigating loss, or struggling to feel whole again. I specialize in working with high achieving individuals who need a safe nonjudgmental space to finally bring their mask down. With over 10 years of experience, i blend DBT, IFS mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to help you to reconnect with your voice, self-trust, and find the emotional strength to move through life's hardest moments with clarity and self compassion.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
As a therapist, I approach healing with a balance of acceptance and change, which are 2 core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as from a place of deep compassion, curiosity, and honesty. I use DBT as a core part of my approach because it helps people build real life tools to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve relationships especially when things feel overwhelming or out of control. If you've been through trauma, growing up in a chaotic or invalidating environment, or just feel like your emotions sometimes take the wheel, DBT can be a game changer. It offers a mix of meeting yourself where you are and learning new ways to respond and move forward, both are equally important and healing. In our work together will explore DBT skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also bring a trauma informed lens to everything I do, which means I work at your pace, on her you were lived experience, and make sure safety is at the center of our work. There is no such thing as "being too much" here. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, burn out, relationship struggles, depression, or the long tail of trauma I'm here to help you build a life that feels more grounded, more connected, worth living, and more yours
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT, to help people notice unhelpful thought patterns and learn new ways to cope, feel better, and respond differently. It's practical, down to earth, and focused on what's going on for you right now
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use IFS to help clients connect with a different "parts" of themselves -- like the anxious part, the angry part, or parts that want to shut down. We work on building compassion for those parts and finding more balance and clarity from within
