I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 17 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Whether you're facing communication struggles, life transitions, or emotional pain, therapy offers a space to reconnect—with yourself and with what truly matters to you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing and growth begin when we reconnect with what truly matters to us. I help clients identify and clarify their core values—those deeper principles that give life meaning and direction. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-worth, or a general sense of feeling lost, our work together focuses on understanding the patterns that no longer serve you and building a life that feels more aligned and intentional. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect without judgment, and begin to make choices that move you toward a more authentic, fulfilling life. I’m here to support you in that journey—with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to your growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first meeting, we'll focus on getting to know you—your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. You don’t need to come prepared; just speak from the heart. I'll ask questions with care and curiosity, and you’re welcome to ask me anything about the process. My goal is to create a warm, respectful space where you feel heard and confident taking the first steps toward a more meaningful, value‐aligned life.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Some of the strengths that I bring to each therapy session are respect for each individual involved in a session, observing interactions with an open and accepting manner, and empathy.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My practice best serves adults in pursuit of their goals.
Strength-Based
Working with a client's current strengths and expanding upon them to work through current issues has been a successful method of treating issues such as anxiety, ADHD and depression or issues in relationships.

Intelligent and open minded. Although she is my therapist, it feels like talking to a friend
