Are you struggling in your relationships? Maybe disruptive behavior is making it difficult to connect with your teenager. Maybe you are struggling in your relationship with your partner or even in the relationship you have with yourself. Hi! I’m Samantha and I work together with my clients, who include adolescents, adults, and families, to find realistic and creative solutions to the struggles they are facing. I enjoy drawing on the strengths of my clients and being a part of their journey of making the changes they want in their lives. Over the last 12 years, I’ve helped my clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, supporting individuals and families living with autism spectrum disorder and improving social skills. I do my work under the umbrella of the family systems approach. Knowing that therapy is not a one size fits all, I employ the use of play therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, structural family therapy, solution-focused, narrative and attachment-based therapy. If you are ready to begin your journey toward change that works for you, reach out to me and we can begin to craft the deeper relationships that you want in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session clients can expect to discuss what to expect during the course of therapy, have any questions answered and discuss and map out goals for future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of the strengths that I bring to each therapy session are respect for each individual involved in a session, observing interactions with an open and accepting manner, and empathy.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My practice best serves adolescents, adults and couples in pursuit of their goals.
