In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am open to honest feedback and welcome suggestions. Therapy is a collaborative relationship, and you are the expert on your life. I'm simply here to walk alongside you. I utilize a variety of treatment methods to ensure that you are able to reach your specific goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a passion for all things surrounding expanding families, fertility, postpartum life, and parenthood. My goal is to help strengthen the family unit, enhance marriages and relationships, and help support clients through life transitions. I help people who are trying to become pregnant, experiencing fertility challenges, currently pregnant or postpartum, had a loss of pregnancy, had an infant loss, dealing with difficult birth or postpartum adjustment, going through surrogacy and/or IVF, experiencing a perinatal mental health disorder (PMHD), parenthood struggles, and those who identify as women and struggle with anxiety, depression, or life transitions.
