About me

I’m a licensed mental health clinician who understands what it’s like to juggle real-life stress, family dynamics, and the desire to live with integrity. My work blends solid therapeutic tools with a warm, relational style shaped by my background in ministry, music, and helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve pushed aside. I walk with clients through anxiety, identity struggles, burnout, and the pull toward unhealthy coping, offering a space that’s honest, grounded, and hopeful. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change—one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The most important part of therapy is finding a counselor you feel comfortable with. In our first session the goal will be to build rapport. When you feel safe enough to be open and honest, real progress can happen. With trust in place, you can explore your story, work through struggles, and use new tools to create lasting change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am able to offer a wide variety of therapeutic approaches. I am also an ordained minister who has experience wrestling with faith, doubt, church and spiritual trauma.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, perhaps they’re overwhelmed by stress, caught in unhelpful thought patterns, or struggling to balance different parts of themselves. They want a space where they can feel understood and supported without judgment. Their goals often center around building healthier coping skills, increasing self-acceptance, and finding clarity about who they are and where they’re headed. At the core, they’re looking for tools and insights that help them live with more peace, confidence, and authenticity.
