I'm an ally, and provide support with processing anxiety, depression, grief, moral injury and trauma. Addressing challenges and developing skills to mitigate the severity of emotional dysregulation can bring a sense of relief and increase peace of mind. I work collaboratively to align with the client's identified goals; I respect individuality and personal aspirations.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Ideally the first session is a time to build rapport, identify concerns and explore methods to address and process issues of concern. The initial session does NOT require detailing past incidents of distress and/or trauma.

One of my identified strengths is the ability to "sit in the fire" with an individual processing their emotional pain. Empathic and experienced in the art of listening.
