(she/her)
Hi there, I'm Kash! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. I specialize in working with culturally diverse clients who are balancing personal needs with family expectations, identity, and cultural pressures. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or unsure how to set boundaries or feel secure in their relationships. My goal is to help you understand where these patterns come from and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a clear direction for your therapy. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’d like to change. I’ll also ask about your background, relationships, and current stressors so I can better understand your experiences. You don’t need to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood while we begin identifying goals and next steps together.
My greatest strengths are my ability to create a space where clients feel both safe and challenged. I’m warm and understanding, but also direct and intentional in helping you recognize patterns and move toward change. I focus on helping clients: Gain insight into anxiety, attachment, and relationship dynamics Build practical tools for managing emotions and setting boundaries Break out of repeating patterns that keep them feeling stuck I tailor therapy to each individual, combining empathy with structure so that sessions feel both supportive and productive.

Integrative
I pull from various treatment methods and integrate those practices into the treatment process developed between the client and myself.
