Hi, I’m Tanya Logan, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience helping people heal, grow, and thrive. I use a compassionate, practical approach—drawing from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness—to support individuals and couples in navigating challenges, improving relationships, and building healthier coping strategies. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. I specialize in couples therapy, women's sexual health and pre-marital counseling.
When you begin therapy with me, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel truly heard. I take a collaborative approach, meaning we’ll work together to set goals and find strategies that fit your unique needs. I’m patient and attentive, taking the time to listen deeply so you feel understood and not rushed. Our sessions are guided by compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practices, but always move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is knowing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I draw from several treatment modalities—including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—so we can find the tools that best fit your unique needs and goals. I value collaboration and adaptability, meeting clients where they are and adjusting the process as we go. Just as importantly, I recognize my own limitations and believe in honesty, transparency, and referral when it serves your best interest. This balance allows me to create a supportive, personalized, and ethical therapeutic space where real growth can happen.
I work best with people who feel ready for change, even if they’re not sure where to start. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your relationships—and that’s okay. My ideal client is open to exploring new perspectives, learning practical tools, and taking small but meaningful steps toward healing. If you’re looking for a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, encouraged, and empowered, I’d love to walk alongside you on your journey.

I utilize CBT to assist clients with exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I believe therapy should be collaborative and supportive.
I utilize EFT and communication based interventions with my couples to explore thought patterns, triggers and relational dynamics.
DBT is a great tool to assist clients with balancing acceptance with meaningful change.

I loved working with Tanya today. For a topic I felt very nervous to discuss with anyone, she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She gave me great feedback and I appreciated how direct she was in a very empowering way. I look forward to continuing to work with her . She was wonderful!
