New to Grow
I genuinely love the work I do and feel honored to support people through meaningful change. I’ve been in the mental health field for over 15 years and have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), tailoring treatment to fit your goals and needs. Therapy with me is a space to better understand yourself, reconnect with your values, and build tools that help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what led you to seek therapy. I’ll invite you to share what’s been causing distress, what support you’re hoping for, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. We’ll talk about what’s happening in the present, explore relevant background and life experiences, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My aim is to create a comfortable, respectful space where you feel heard and supported from the start, while laying the foundation for productive and collaborative work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring curiosity, openness, and compassion into every session. Clients often describe me as grounded and thoughtful, with a style that balances insight and practicality. My focus is on helping you feel more empowered in your life and more connected to what truly matters to you.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Therapy is a collaborative process, and you are the expert in your own life. I work best with adults who are open to exploring their experiences and values while building new tools and perspectives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice I believe we can make meaningful change by focusing on strengths while being curious about beliefs, thought patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you. Therapy is a collaborative partnership. We will identify patterns that are holding you back and learn new skills to help you move towards a more meaningful live.
