My Holistic Journey began with 30 Years of therapeutic Massage, blending with spiritual teachings, and completing with a clinical mental health degree. I have been through all stages of life with body awareness, positive psychology, mindfulness and gratitude. With celebrations and rituals to transform and empower you.

My practice empowers clients to engage in life with emotional regulation, radical acceptance, positive mindfulness, self-confidence, and balanced reciprocity. The tools I use include evidence- based CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic therapy. My passion is to empower you to create a life that is worth the sacrifices and trauma's you may have endured. I have a Rite of Passage Program for adults in all stages of life. I love introducing the healing powers of nature-based therapy by incorporating flora and fauna to bring mindfulness and gratitude to being alive in fulfillment a peace of mind.

Life Transitions can be fearful, with anxiety, struggling with indecision, or stress. Stress, worry and Anxiety runs your mind, and body, stopping you from moving forward. Too many thoughts, racing around in your mind, robbing you of sleep, peace and comfort. Your body is tense, racing heartbeats, sweating, chronic pain, or illness, keeps you down. Losing self esteem, self confidence and trouble finding self acceptance, your spirit is hurting.
Keeping a close awareness of your reality and commitment to change and growth is important to therapy.
Learning that you have choices in your thinking process is vital to your growth as an adult, no matter what age we learn, revise, change and make a wise decision. There is great power in decision.
DBT gives you tools to learn Mindfulness, using your wise mind, balance, boundaries, the pros and cons of any situation, and stopping your triggers to find the glimmers of positives in your life.
To Empower your for change, it is good to know your not alone, being vulnerable may be difficult but this sharing with others connects us personally to the group participants and to the people in your life.
