The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My expertise lies in cognitive and behavioral-based treatments, with a particular specialization in sleep-related concerns, helping clients address the root causes of their challenges and achieve lasting, restorative change. I am a certified yoga instructor and hypnotherapist; these practices can be included into traditional therapeutic techniques as it fits client needs.

My clients want to make positive changes for themselves. My clients are willing to be uncomfortable and put in the work to achieve their goals. A lot of therapeutic effect happens between sessions so expect homework assignments to put into practice what we're working on in session.
